- Credit history (if applicable)

I understand that this information will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating my eligibility for the renting of a property and will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.

This authorization is valid for the duration of the application process and, if approved, for the term of any subsequent agreement or relationship, unless otherwise revoked in writing.
